Our Roseville office has moved. You’ll now find us at 151 N. Sunrise Ave., Suite 1005, Roseville, CA 95661, a short drive from our previous Sunrise Avenue location. Our Folsom office at 1625 Creekside Drive, Suite 200 has not changed.
Our phone number is new. Please call (916) 782-1217. If you have the old number saved in your phone, take a second to update it.
Dr. McClintock is still your surgeon. Same shoulder and elbow care, same approach to your treatment. Your records have transferred with us, and there is nothing you need to do.
We came together out of a commitment to this community. As more surgeons join the practice, we’ll be able to care for more patients across Roseville, Folsom, and the surrounding area.
