You will not find a better Orthopedist for your shoulder issues. Not only is Dr. McClintock an A+ orthopedic surgeon he is kind, understanding and personable too! His PA, Noelle Burton, is thorough, and easy to speak with and she is an excellent assistant to Dr. McClintock.  When problems arise as they will Dr. McClintock and Ms. Burton listen and react without unnecessary delay or finger pointing which makes sharing issues easy to report and work out. Questions and concerns are welcomed and addressed which really helps calm worries. All the staff I have had any interaction with have been friendly and competent. I had a total shoulder replacement due to severe arthritis that limited my ability to raise and move my right arm. I was very apprehensive about surgery because my occupation and livelihood depended on it. I shopped around for a surgeon and found Dr. Kyle McClintock through word of mouth. I knew I was in the right place when I met him in his office and now 3 months later I am so happy. I have full range of motion and I can return to work using my right arm. I'm giving 5 for Dr McClintok! Great bedside manner good surgery explained everything answered questions to my satisfaction. However his receptionists were terrible!! Someone dropped the ball and didn't schedule the first surgery date!!! We expected to go in and asked what time etc and she told me I was not scheduled for that date Feb 15th!! I had rearranged my work schedule which had to deal with clients i had. They could not get things faxed on schedule and literally told me a bold faced lie about that date!! They told me I never scheduled that date because the Dr does not work at Folsom hospitol that date! It took forever and my advocate to get on their case to reschedule my Carple surgery! All meanwhile I was in the worst agony of pain in my life!! Both hands!! I lost so much sleep I was exhausted and continuing to have agony every day for the next two weeks because of this error. They ended up scheduling me 2 more weeks later!!!!No one took the blame but me!!!! Finally it got done but I'm in a quandary because I like Dr a lot but don't want to deal with that reception staff again!  Now I also have issues with the anesthesiologist at Folsom where I had the surgery! I will take that up with the hospitol!
